Objective:

Identifying the operating costs required for your cleaning.

Be able to estimate the time (hours) required

Have a grasp of the basics of drafting good technical clauses.

Anyone involved in the management and costs of cleaning:

   Facilities and purchasing : heads of purchasing, logistics and general services

   Cleaning company : commercial – estimators.

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites for this course

Previous experience of drafting/analysing commercial or costing bids would be an advantage.

- Hourly rates on the market.

Choose the type of cleaning specifications

-   The nFX 50790 standard.

Promoting your own Technical Clauses

-   Items to be included in the CCT

-   Fulfilment of quality manual and objectives

-   Fulfilment of SLAs/KPIs

-   Penalty measures for non-compliance.

Importance of low-frequency work

-   Restoration work (stripping, shampooing, etc.)

-   Window cleaning

Sanitary supplies

-    Joint production of a pricing schedule on an XL file enabling bids to be analysed and understood.
