Today, QUALIPSO is Belgium's largest cleaning consultancy and quality control firm, operating across Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels. We are also active in France, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Italy.

Our work also includes the management of green spaces, pests, waste and sanitary supplies.

Many companies have obtained licences to use various modules from the QUALIPSO Suite: FLASH (for inspections), CHECK (for monitoring specific tasks), Audit, Safety Walks, Manager for files shared with their customers, and more.

Finally, we offer several basic training courses in cleaning and for Facility Managers.

Thanks to our ISO 17020 accreditation (see specific section), you can have peace of mind that, here at QUALIPSO, we take our work seriously, conduct ourselves professionally and operate independently.

2024

AI integration in our FLASH 2.0 solution: improving the quality of reports and proposals for corrective actions. At present, this feature is only used internally.
2023

In early 2023, we acquired 100% of the shares in Alba Concept.
2022

After running operations in Flanders for over 15 years, we opened an office in Mechelen in 2022.
2020

In 2020, we launched the new version of our CASH digital solution for producing pricing schedules and monitoring contracts.
2019

In 2019, we launched the new version of our digital quality control solution: FLASH 2.0.
2017

In 2017, in order to boost our growth in Luxembourg, we created IPSOLUX with a Luxembourg partner whose shares we ultimately bought back in 2020.
2016

In 2016, the founders were keen to ensure QUALIPSO's long-term future, with Benoit de Dorlodot becoming the majority shareholder. In 2020, he took over the remaining shares.
2010

In 2010, the CASH module was launched.
2009

In 2009, to consolidate the company's credibility, our management embarked on the accreditation process for ISO 17020. On 19/01/2010, we were awarded the 388-INSP accreditation certificate by BELAC (Belgian Accreditation), officially recognising QUALIPSO as an inspection body compliant with the EN 13549 cleaning quality control standard and guaranteeing our integrity, impartiality and independence. The latest certificate is valid until 18/01/2028.
1997

QUALIPSO was founded under the name IPSO by François Vivier and Pascal Le Déodic in 1997. From the outset, IT solutions were developed internally to support our activities, including training, specifications, consultancy and quality control. This innovative approach has been a driving force behind the company. These FLASH and CASH solutions have since been updated, but remain the two most important applications in the QUALIPSO Suite.
