Safety Walk

Safety Walk by QUALIPSO is a test designed to identify and report any safety anomalies in a building or department.

This inspection can cover three aspects:

• Workplace Safety
  
• Environment
• Specific situations, such as Covid-19
  

Observations are made at time "t", but without any judgement of the people involved. The aim is to inform you of any potential risks.

QUALIPSO staff who carry out Safety Walks have received specific training, and they all have a VCA diploma.

Workplace safety

Workplace Safety covers the identification of all risks related to the physical safety of your employees and visitors:

• Fire extinguisher that has expired, or which is not correctly fixed in the right place, problem with the symbols, visual condition
• Floor slippery or damaged to the extent that it is at risk of causing accidents
• Dilapidated or poorly maintained infrastructure
• Obstruction of emergency exits
• Staff knowledge of the evacuation plan 
• Non-port des EPI
  
• Lack of light in certain premises (light meter analysis)
• Produits sans marquage
• etc.

Environment

Environmental risks affect SMEs as well as large corporations and local authorities, regardless of their activities and whether or not they are subject to authorisation.

Our software enables the identification and reporting of all environmental risks, such as:

• Pollutants
• Poor storage (e.g. lack of retention tray)
• Unmarked products
• Poor waste management
• …

A clear reporting system

By offering immediate visibility of the risks identified, we provide a reporting system that allows you to prioritise corrective actions and prevent accidents. 

Each inspection is documented in a structured and accessible way, making it easier to follow up on the actions taken and to ensure that teams are committed to safety.
