VSR Quality Measurements
What is a VSR measurement?
A VSR measurement is an objective inspection used to determine whether an area meets the agreed cleaning standards. The assessment is based on four standard components:
- visual inspection;
- objective measurement criteria;
- assessment in accordance with the applicable standard;
- clear reporting.
Continuous improvement
Measurements are carried out periodically, usually four to six times a year, based on a predefined quality level known as the AQL. Additional inspections may be carried out when necessary. If the results are unsatisfactory, follow-up inspections may also be conducted.
Each measurement is thoroughly analysed. We not only examine what went wrong, but above all why it happened. Based on these findings, we implement targeted measures to achieve lasting improvements in quality.
Keeping quality under control
As with FLASH inspections, the VSR Quality Measurement System gives you continuous insight into cleaning performance and allows you to actively manage quality.
Together, we ensure a clean environment that meets both your expectations and those of your users.
The inspections are carried out entirely digitally, using digitised floor plans. Reports can be accessed at any time through a digital dashboard.
