   Facilities and purchasing : heads of purchasing, logistics and general services

   Cleaning company : commercial – estimators.

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites for this course

Previous experience of drafting/analysing commercial or costing bids would be an advantage.

-   Items to be included in the CCT

-   Fulfilment of quality manual and objectives
