This training course is multi-faceted, because the role of an inspector is, too: the expertise (theoretical and practical knowledge) and the soft skills (professionalism, empathy, leadership, communication with people of various levels, etc.)
Future inspectors, or inspectors with previous experience, team leaders, specialists.
There are no prerequisites for this course
After completing the course, learners will be able to implement an analysis/reflection process to respond correctly to a cleaning request or problem. Become proficient in the application of special techniques depending on the materials.

This course is structured around four separate topics which together form the full package. This training cycle also highlights the practical aspects of the profession.
Day 2: Recognition and maintenance of materials.
o Recognition of the different types of flooring: resilient floors, natural stone, tiles, concrete, carpets, parquet, stainless steel, etc. (Tips and tricks)
o The different protection products available
o Identify when products and materials are incompatible.
o Revision of the type of equipment to use (single disc floor cleaner, disc, scrubber dryer)
o How to maintain them: defining a real maintenance programme; or annual "cycle" for each of the different types of flooring.
o How to identify the need to launch an in-depth programme to bring the facilities back up to standard, what challenges are involved and how to formulate a proposal for the customer.
