Les apprenants qui auront suivis ce cycle de formations, seront capables d’affronter positivement la plupart des problèmes rencontrés à la fonction d’« Inspecteur ». Cela au sens le plus large, à savoir : les aspects techniques, humains, de communication et de gestion.
Cette formation est multiple, car la fonction d’inspecteur l’est également : le savoir-faire (les connaissances théoriques et pratiques) et le savoir-être (professionnalisme, empathie, leadership, communication à différents niveaux…).

Basic training

Cette formation s'articule autour de quatre thèmes distincts qui ensemble forment un « tout ». Ce cycle de formations met également en avant les aspects pratiques du métier.

o Quality: a contract based on resources or on a performance obligation?
o Defining customer expectations
o How can I organise my work according to resources or using results as objectives?
o Site management: day labourers and periodicals, low-frequency work, etc.
o How to evaluate the results obtained in relation to the initial objectives: quality management tools: quality criteria and self-monitoring.
o Administrative management of a site
o Exercise and practical application.
