Les apprenants qui auront suivi ce cycle de formations, seront capables d’affronter positivement la plupart des problèmes rencontrés à la fonction d’ « Inspecteur ». Cela au sens le plus large, à savoir : les aspects techniques, humains, de communication et de gestion.
This training course is multi-faceted, because the role of an inspector is, too: the expertise (theoretical and practical knowledge) and the soft skills (professionalism, empathy, leadership, communication with people of various levels, etc.)
Future inspectors, or inspectors with previous experience, team leaders, specialists.
There are no prerequisites for this course
After completing the course, learners will be able to implement an analysis/reflection process to respond correctly to a cleaning request or problem. Become proficient in the application of special techniques depending on the materials.

This course is structured around four separate topics which together form the full package. This training cycle also highlights the practical aspects of the profession.
Day 1: Reviewing the essentials
Preliminary knowledge test
o Introduction to cleaning, what the world of cleaning involves
o Different types of dirt, water quality, Sinner's circle.
o Chemistry and cleaning (PH, solvents, water, etc.).
o Different types of cleaning products.
o Understanding REACH and MSDS sheets
o Revision of cleaning equipment and basic methods.
o Exchange of views between participants and the trainer: analysis of real-life cases and test to confirm what participants have learnt
