QUALIPSO was founded under the name IPSO by François Vivier and Pascal Le Déodic in 1997.
Right from the start, IT solutions were developed in-house to support our activities: training, specifications, advice and quality control. This innovative approach has been a driving force behind the company, and the FLASH and CASH solutions have been updated but are still the 2 most important applications in the QUALIPSO Suite.
In 2009, with a view to consolidating the company's credibility, the management team embarked on the ISO 17020 accreditation process;
On 19/01/2010, BELAC (Belgian Accreditation) issued us with the 388-INSPaccreditation certificate, officially recognising QUALIPSO as an inspection body in accordance with the EN 13549 cleaning quality control standard and guaranteeing our integrity, impartiality and independence;
The latest certificate is valid until 18/01/2028.
In 2016, the founders wanted to ensure QUALIPSO's long-term future and Benoit de Dorlodot became the majority shareholder, taking over the remaining shares in 2020.
In 2017, in order to be able to accelerate our development in GD Luxembourg, we created IPSOLUX with a Luxembourg partner whose shares we finally bought back in 2020.
Today, QUALIPSO is the largest cleaning consultancy and quality control company in Belgium, active not only in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, but also in France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Italy. Our activities also cover the management of green spaces, pests, waste and sanitary supplies.
Finally, many companies have acquired licences to use various QUALIPSO Suite modules: FLASH (for inspections), CHECK (for monitoring specific tasks), Audit, Safety Walks, File Manager shared with their customers, etc.
Through our subsidiary IPSOLUX, we also have a dominant position in Luxembourg.
