Objective:

Les apprenants qui auront suivis ce cycle de formations, seront capables d’affronter positivement la plupart des problèmes rencontrés à la fonction d’« Inspecteur ». Cela au sens le plus large, à savoir : les aspects techniques, humains, de communication et de gestion.

Cette formation est multiple, car la fonction d’inspecteur l’est également : le savoir-faire (les connaissances théoriques et pratiques) et le savoir-être (professionnalisme, empathie, leadership, communication à différents niveaux…).

Audience:

Future inspectors, or inspectors with previous experience, team leaders, specialists.

Compétences visées:

After completing the course, learners will be able to implement an analysis/reflection process to respond correctly to a cleaning request or problem. Become proficient in the application of special techniques depending on the materials.

Program:

Cette formation s'articule autour de quatre thèmes distincts qui ensemble forment un « tout ». Ce cycle de formations met également en avant les aspects pratiques du métier.

Day 7: Communication, reporting and professional ethics.

o Being able to communicate with my customers, my group and line managers

o Which channel to use and why: email, telephone, written report, presentation, etc.

o Being prepared for a meeting: preparation and analysis, preparing questions, anticipating questions from other speakers.

o Knowing how to respond correctly to a request (how to make sure you know what you're supposed to do, and understand what's being requested).
